- • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise and fund customers during post-onboarding, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction and timely resolution of operational needs.
- • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for enterprise clients and private funds, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies to meet all contractual and operational deadlines.
- • Execute complex post-close fund operations including capital calls, investor distributions, and recurring regulatory and financial reporting workflows on the platform.
- • Own and drive improvement projects to enhance the quality, efficiency, and scalability of fund operations workflows in collaboration with module owners and product teams.
- • Lead the onboarding and migration of at least two existing fund clients to the platform and oversee the setup of two new fund entities from scratch.
- • Manage full lifecycle execution of fund setup tasks including entity formation, limited partner (LP) onboarding, capital call structuring, and reporting configuration within the system.
- • Utilize all internal tools and platforms to perform operational tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across fund records.
- • Identify and propose actionable improvements to onboarding and fund migration processes based on hands-on experience and customer feedback.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, legal, compliance, and product teams to align operational execution with client expectations and platform capabilities.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of fund operations procedures and client-specific configurations to support scalability and knowledge transfer.
- • Act as an operational liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable tasks and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
- • Ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations outlined in Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) during fund setup and ongoing operations.
- • Proactively monitor operational metrics and client feedback to anticipate bottlenecks and implement preemptive solutions.
- • Contribute to the professionalization of fund operations processes as the company scales its enterprise customer base and service offerings.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in dynamic environments such as consulting, venture capital, or law, with proven project management skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- • Demonstrated knowledge of fund services and operations, including familiarity with fund structures and ability to review Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) to identify key economic terms.
- • Strong client-first mindset with direct experience communicating with institutional investors or fund clients in a professional services context.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional reporting and stakeholder updates.
- • Proactive, curious mindset focused on continuous process improvement and operational optimization.
- • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
