- • Senior G&A Recruiter role focused on recruiting for General & Administrative and Business functions for high-growth technology clients
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates using advanced techniques like Boolean search and LinkedIn, building deep relationships with client teams, and partnering with stakeholders to demonstrate the strategic value of talent acquisition
- • Talentful is a global talent consultancy partnering with elite tech companies such as Microsoft, Alphabet, and Atlassian to transform recruitment into a driver of business outcomes through embedded, subscription-based support
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic talent acquisition, gain experience working with top-tier stakeholders, and contribute to building inclusive, high-performing organizations while advancing your career in a knowledge-rich, collaborative environment
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of non-technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
- • Strong sourcing skills with experience using Boolean search techniques
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
