- • The Senior Gen Ops Coordinator role is critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations while supporting data-driven projects that help reduce the cost of capital for consumers through innovative financial technology.
- • Day to day, the person will oversee and improve operational processes, coordinate across departments, manage KPIs and logistics, utilize SQL to query and analyze data, generate reports and dashboards, maintain data integrity, troubleshoot system and data issues, and support continuous improvement through documentation and workflow optimization.
- • The team at Extend Your Team, LLC comprises technology and finance executives from companies like Square, Microsoft, Facebook, Discover, CapitalOne, and Goldman Sachs, backed by top-tier investors including Founders Fund and Sequoia, working to build infrastructure that lowers the cost of capital using patented technologies.
- • In this role, the person can learn to integrate operations with data analytics, gain hands-on experience with SQL and backend systems, develop expertise in operational efficiency and KPI tracking, and contribute to mission-driven products that aim to become societal infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar operations-focused role
- • Basic proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) is a must-have. The ability to write basic queries, joins, and aggregations is essential.
- • Solid understanding of back-end systems and database structures. You should be comfortable with concepts like tables, schemas, and data relationships.
- • Experience in integrating operations tools e.g. Zendesk, Asana
- • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • A quick learner with the ability to understand complex processes and new technologies rapidly.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
