This is a critical role focused on developing compelling visual narratives and impactful creative assets that drive political campaigns and strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in translating complex ideas into clear, persuasive, and visually engaging designs that resonate with target audiences and achieve client objectives. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will leverage your extensive expertise to lead design projects from concept through to final execution, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all deliverables.
  • • The Campaigns team is a leading force in Democratic political consulting and direct mail, renowned for its success in winning challenging races. We pride ourselves on our in-house creative studio, a hub of innovation where brand strategy, copywriting, design, and direct mail production converge. As a creative partner to our clients, we tackle their most significant challenges, offering end-to-end support from initial brainstorming to the meticulous production and execution of creative materials. You will be an integral part of this collaborative environment, working alongside a talented group of strategists, copywriters, branding experts, and fellow designers.
  • • In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of design projects, including but not limited to direct mail pieces, digital advertisements, social media graphics, campaign collateral, presentations, and branding elements. Your work will directly influence the success of political campaigns, requiring a keen understanding of messaging, audience segmentation, and the persuasive power of visual communication. You will collaborate closely with campaign managers, strategists, copywriters, and account teams to ensure that all design work aligns with campaign goals, strategic messaging, and client expectations.
  • • A key aspect of this position involves leading the design process, from initial brief interpretation and concept development to final file preparation and production oversight. You will be expected to present design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulate your creative rationale, and incorporate feedback effectively. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, a common reality in the fast-paced world of political campaigns.
  • • You will play a vital role in maintaining and evolving the visual identity of various campaigns and initiatives.
