- • As a Senior Graphic Designer (Web-Focused) at BioRender, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the company’s digital brand experience, directly supporting its mission to make science open, collaborative, and easily understandable by transforming how scientific knowledge is shared globally.
- • You will own and evolve BioRender’s web design presence, including landing pages, campaign pages, and core site improvements, while establishing scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma that ensure consistency and elevate design quality across all digital touchpoints.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include partnering with Marketing and Growth teams to design high-converting web experiences for campaigns and product launches, translating brand identity into engaging digital interfaces, and creating marketing collateral and print-ready assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to bring designs to life, iterate quickly based on feedback, and explore AI-assisted design and coding tools to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality.
- • You will help define and raise the bar for design quality across the organization by building systems from scratch in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are not yet fully established, requiring comfort with ambiguity and initiative.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–6 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on web design, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- • Strong proficiency in Figma, including proven experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
- • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), particularly for creating print-ready marketing materials and brand assets.
- • A strong portfolio demonstrating web-first design work, such as landing pages, marketing sites, or product-related web experiences.
- • Solid understanding of web best practices, including responsive design, usability, and conversion optimization principles.
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments where systems and processes are still being defined, with a growth mindset and comfort building from scratch.
