- • Senior Graphic Designer responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate Kaizen Asset Management Services' brand and property offerings, contributing to marketing projects from a remote location.
- • Day-to-day tasks include creating designs for brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts; collaborating with the marketing team on creative concepts; managing multiple design projects with deadlines; staying updated on design trends; working with printers and vendors for high-quality production; and reviewing feedback on deliverables from junior designers or external agencies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- • Experience creating designs for both print and digital platforms
- • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Excellent time management and organizational skills
- • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- • Remote work experience is preferred
