- • As a Senior Growth Account Executive for the Enterprise Southeast Region at HackerOne, you will be instrumental in driving significant expansion within our most strategic accounts, specifically targeting organizations generating over $500 million in annual revenue. This pivotal role demands a seasoned sales professional who can forge deep partnerships with security and executive leadership, not just to sell solutions, but to fundamentally strengthen their offensive security programs and embed HackerOne as an indispensable, long-term strategic partner.
- • You will operate at the complex intersection of enterprise-level sales environments, sophisticated multi-product solution selling, and the art of executive-level influence. Your ability to navigate intricate procurement processes, orchestrate alignment among diverse stakeholders with competing priorities, and articulate clear, measurable business outcomes will be critical to enhancing enterprise security resilience at a massive scale.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and strategically expand a dedicated portfolio of enterprise accounts. This involves cultivating multi-threaded engagement across a broad spectrum of departments, including Security, Engineering, Product, Risk Management, Procurement, and executive leadership. You will be the primary driver of HackerOne's value proposition within these accounts, ensuring our solutions are deeply integrated and continuously leveraged.
- • Success in this role hinges on your capacity to develop and execute highly sophisticated account strategies. These strategies must be designed to demonstrably increase platform adoption, expand the footprint of our diverse product offerings – such as Bug Bounty, Penetration Testing, AI Red Teaming, and Code Security – and ultimately drive multi-year revenue growth that reflects the deepening partnership and value delivered.
- • You will leverage Data-Driven Decision Making as a core tenet of your approach. This means meticulously managing complex enterprise sales pipelines, providing accurate and reliable forecasts, proactively identifying whitespace opportunities for expansion, and ensuring all expansion strategies are tightly aligned with measurable customer outcomes and tangible risk reduction metrics. Your insights will guide both HackerOne and our clients towards greater security efficacy.
- • Employing First Principles Problem Solving, you will deconstruct intricate enterprise security challenges faced by your clients. This involves clarifying stakeholder priorities, understanding underlying needs, and architecting durable, scalable solutions that are strategically aligned with their long-term security transformation initiatives. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their most pressing security concerns.
- • Embracing an AI First mindset is paramount. You will actively utilize AI-enabled prospecting tools, account planning methodologies, and sales productivity enhancements to accelerate deal velocity, deepen executive preparation for client interactions, and scale high-quality engagement across your large, complex accounts. This forward-thinking approach ensures efficiency and effectiveness in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- • Demonstrating Change Agility will be essential as you navigate the dynamic nature of enterprise priorities, evolving regulatory environments, continuous product innovation from HackerOne, and persistent competitive pressures. Your ability to maintain consistent momentum and drive progress in long-cycle, high-stakes deals will be a hallmark of your success.
- • You will lead complex, high-value negotiations, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), multi-year contracts, intricate security reviews, and challenging enterprise procurement processes. This will be done in close collaboration with our Legal, Finance, and Sales Engineering teams, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closure.
- • A strong cross-functional partnership approach is vital. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, Product Management, Marketing teams, and Executive Leadership to guarantee robust platform adoption, high retention rates, and continuous expansion opportunities within your strategic enterprise customer base. Your ability to foster teamwork and alignment across departments will be key to delivering a seamless customer experience and maximizing value.
- • This role requires a proactive, strategic, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be a key player in HackerOne's mission to help organizations build trust and resilience in their digital ecosystems by effectively managing and mitigating cyber risk through continuous threat exposure management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of proven enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of successfully selling into organizations generating $500M+ in annual revenue.
- • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, specifically involving C-level security executives and technical decision-makers.
- • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise environments, with experience closing multi-year contracts and achieving six-figure to seven-figure deal sizes.
- • Significant experience navigating the intricacies of enterprise procurement, legal negotiations, and security review processes.
- • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, offensive security principles, and the value of continuous threat exposure management.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, vision, and dental plans.
- • Life and disability insurance policies to provide financial security.
- • Opportunity to receive equity through stock options, aligning your success with HackerOne's growth.
- • Access to retirement savings plans to support long-term financial well-being.
- • Generous paid time off, including public holidays and unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).
- • Paid maternity and parental leave to support new parents.
- • Various leaves of absence, including caregiver leave and leave under specific state regulations (e.g., CO's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act).
- • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering confidential support for personal and professional challenges.
