  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically astute Senior Growth Affiliate Marketing Specialist to become a pivotal member of our centralized User Acquisition department. This role is specifically designed to drive significant user growth by building, managing, and scaling our Affiliate and Partnership channels. You will be the driving force behind identifying, onboarding, and meticulously optimizing key external collaborations, ensuring they align with our ambitious growth objectives and deliver exceptional ROI. This position offers the unique opportunity to not only own and develop a critical growth channel but also to contribute flexibly to other performance marketing initiatives as the company's needs evolve, making it ideal for a proactive negotiator and relationship builder with a proven history of success in external collaborations.
  • • As the Senior Growth Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be entrusted with the complete ownership and strategic direction of our Affiliate and Partnership channels. This encompasses defining the overarching strategy, meticulously managing the allocated budget, and continuously optimizing partner performance to achieve aggressive user acquisition targets and maximize return on investment across a multitude of internal projects. Your role will be central to identifying, scouting, and onboarding a diverse and high-potential portfolio of affiliates and strategic partners. This will require leveraging your exceptional negotiation and account management skills to cultivate robust, mutually beneficial, and enduring relationships that drive sustained growth.
  • • Beyond the core affiliate responsibilities, this position demands a degree of cross-channel flexibility. You will be expected to utilize your comprehensive performance marketing background to actively support and execute campaigns on other core User Acquisition channels, such as Paid Social and Search, aligning your efforts with departmental priorities and emerging growth opportunities. This adaptability ensures you remain at the cutting edge of performance marketing and contribute holistically to Almedia's user acquisition success.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to drive strategic insights through rigorous data analysis. You will focus on key performance indicators such as Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and revenue to uncover hidden growth opportunities. Your ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable strategies and effectively communicate these recommendations to the leadership team will be crucial for informing strategic decision-making and ensuring continuous optimization.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing and refining efficient operational processes. This includes building and implementing streamlined workflows for partner scouting, contract negotiation, performance tracking, and payment processing. Ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational excellence within these processes will be paramount to supporting our rapid growth trajectory.
