- • We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Growth Manager to spearhead LemFi's expansion within Ghanaian communities in the United States and Canada, with a primary focus on driving growth in Ghana. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual who can act as a key driver of our strategic initiatives, significantly contributing to our ambitious growth targets. You will be instrumental in launching new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and cultivating robust community and partnership networks essential for sustainable growth. - • As the Senior Growth Manager, you will own the growth outcomes for your assigned markets, embodying the dual role of a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator. You will be deeply embedded within the communities we serve, ensuring our offerings resonate locally and deliver measurable impact as we scale. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with our Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, while simultaneously serving as the internal voice of the user, championing their needs and perspectives to inform our product development and marketing strategies.
- • **How You’ll Contribute:**
- • **Extensive Travel and Community Engagement:** You will undertake significant travel across the USA, attending key events, expos, and community meetings. In this capacity, you will represent LemFi as a dedicated brand ambassador and a primary point of contact, building and expanding our community network. This involves actively networking with local leaders, influential figures, and relevant organizations, setting up strategic meetings, and securing sponsorships for existing community events. You can expect to spend 3-5 days in a new U.S. city every few weeks, establishing a strong on-the-ground presence, nurturing relationships, and significantly enhancing LemFi's visibility within local Ghanaian communities. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience the diverse landscape of the United States while driving impactful growth.
- • **Strategic Growth and User Acquisition:** You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive user acquisition strategies meticulously tailored to the unique needs and characteristics of Ghanaian expatriate communities in the US. You will own ambitious growth targets for your assigned markets, consistently driving superior results across both online and offline channels. A critical aspect of this role involves optimizing campaigns through rigorous data analysis and insightful interpretation, continuously improving performance against key acquisition KPIs.
- • **Community Leadership and Relationship Building:** Lead and foster community-driven initiatives designed to build profound trust, elevate brand awareness, and cultivate strong advocacy for LemFi. This includes organizing and actively participating in local events, meetups, and forums to effectively educate users about LemFi's comprehensive suite of services. Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with community leaders and grassroots partners will be paramount to your success.
- • **Partnership Development and Management:** Proactively identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses that can accelerate user growth. You will ensure that all partnerships deliver mutual value and yield measurable, impactful outcomes aligned with LemFi's growth objectives.
- • **Market Intelligence and User Advocacy:** Conduct ongoing, in-depth market research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and preferences within the target communities. Translate these findings into actionable insights for the Product and Marketing teams, enabling them to refine messaging, enhance features, and optimize positioning. You will serve as a powerful internal advocate for the user, consistently representing community perspectives in all critical decision-making processes.
- • **Brand Representation and Communication:** Act as a consistent and compelling brand ambassador for LemFi, embodying and communicating the company's mission, values, and unique voice. Promote LemFi's offerings through clear, persuasive, and engaging communication across a variety of channels, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience.
- • This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, tenacious, results-oriented, data-driven, and possesses a strong bias for action. You should be comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments, possess cultural fluency, and be a persuasive communicator.
