You will be entrusted with full P&L responsibility for your markets, translating ambitious quarterly OKRs into weekly sprints that move the needle on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• • Spend 60-70 % of your time on the road—three to five days every two to three weeks in a new U.S. or Canadian city—embedding yourself in Nigerian churches, professional associations, student groups, and cultural festivals. You will secure speaking slots, negotiate sponsorship packages, and hand-deliver referral codes that turn community leaders into brand evangelists.
• • Design and execute omnichannel growth experiments that blend grassroots tactics with scalable digital loops. Examples: SMS blasts in Yoruba and Pidgin triggered by geofenced event check-ins, WhatsApp broadcast lists moderated by local influencers, and TikTok challenges amplified by remittance cashback rewards.
• • Build a high-impact ambassador program that identifies micro-influencers within each diaspora hub, trains them on product positioning, and tracks their contribution through unique referral links and cohort dashboards. Your goal: 1,000 active ambassadors generating 25 % of new-user volume within 12 months.
• • Negotiate win-win partnerships with Nigerian-owned grocery chains, fintech-friendly credit unions, and HBCU alumni associations. Structure co-branded campaigns that bundle LemFi account opening with discounted wire transfers, student-loan refinancing webinars, and diaspora investment clubs.

You will host fireside chats comparing average bank markups to LemFi’s mid-market rates, publish bilingual blog posts on “Five Hidden Fees Banks Don’t Tell You About,” and moderate Telegram AMAs with compliance experts.
• • Cultivate a culture of experimentation within the wider Growth org by documenting playbooks, sharing post-mortems, and mentoring junior growth associates. Your travel calendar will double as a knowledge-gathering loop that feeds centralized wiki pages and quarterly “Growth Masterclass” sessions.
• • Represent LemFi at industry conferences such as Money 20/20, AfroTech, and RemTECH Awards, delivering keynote talks that position the company as the definitive financial passport for the Global South. You will secure earned media placements in TechCabal, Rest of World, and targeted diaspora podcasts.
• • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian marketing regulations by partnering with Legal and Compliance to vet all creatives, disclaimers, and incentive structures. You will maintain meticulous records for audits and quarterly risk reviews.
