  • • Gain deep expertise in mobile app ecosystem, attribution, monetization models, and data-driven optimization using ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in AdTech or Gaming, with proven success in closing new business and managing long-term partner relationships.
  • • Demonstrated ability to penetrate closed doors through creative outreach and persistent follow-ups in high-volume, high-rejection sales cycles.
  • • Strong data fluency with comfort discussing ROAS, LTV, and Retention to advise partners on monetization and spend optimization.
  • • Full understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including MMPs, attribution, SDKs, and how monetization models affect developer profitability.
  • • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required for effective communication with global partners and internal teams.
