• • The Senior Growth Marketing & Campaigns Manager at Suppliedtalent (operating as Skaled) drives integrated marketing programs that turn business priorities into measurable pipeline growth, serving as the central architect of the company’s growth engine by aligning thought leadership, client success, GTM initiatives, and AI offerings with commercial outcomes.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading operational setup and optimization of Asana across client engagements, building and maintaining detailed client roadmaps with clear ownership and timelines, running weekly production meetings to surface risks early, tracking progress against milestones, and producing executive-ready portfolio reporting to ensure visibility into delivery health and strategic alignment.
• • The team operates within Skaled’s consulting-style environment, partnering closely with Practice Leaders, Operations, and Engagement Leads to manage multiple concurrent engagements, evolve delivery workflows, and maintain scalable processes that support Revenue Strategy and AI-focused service lines.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in program management systems, cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, and executive reporting while gaining deep exposure to modern GTM functions, AI-enabled workflows, and the operational discipline required to scale consulting delivery in a fast-moving, boutique firm.
