• • The Marketing Coordinator at Mineralys Therapeutics provides high-level administrative support to the VP of Marketing while actively contributing to the execution of marketing initiatives as the company prepares for product launch. This hybrid role blends strategic support, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial biopharmaceutical environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the VP’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing executive materials, handling confidential documents, supporting brand budget tracking, organizing marketing assets, liaising with external agencies, and maintaining marketing systems and processes. The role also involves onboarding new team members and helping establish scalable workflows for a growing marketing function.
