• • The Communications & Marketing Intern will support Mark43’s mission to build technology that powers modern public safety by crafting compelling corporate messaging, content, and social media campaigns that elevate the brand and highlight customer impact.
• • Day to day, the intern will report to the Communications Manager and assist with press releases, customer case studies, blog content, and campaigns; manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram by planning campaigns, drafting posts, and identifying trends; collaborate with the Art Director on graphics, animations, and video content; champion customer storytelling by highlighting agency partners and real-world outcomes; work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing on product messaging and field initiatives; contribute to agency workflows with PR and Design partners; research industry trends and audience insights; track and analyze social performance metrics to recommend creative approaches; and gain hands-on experience with tools like Sprout Social, WordPress, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
