- • As the Social Media & Community Manager at UpGuard, you will serve as the primary voice of the company across digital platforms, playing a pivotal role in shaping brand perception and driving engagement within the cybersecurity community.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing strategic social media campaigns on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube, creating compelling content that aligns with brand goals, monitoring community interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with Product, Campaigns, and Design teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- • You will operate within UpGuard’s Marketing team, which spans Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Content Marketing, SEO, Design, and Video, supporting the company’s mission to become a leader in Cyber VRM and Attack Surface Management through a scalable, data-driven marketing engine.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B social media strategy, community building in technical industries, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining visibility into how cybersecurity brands establish thought leadership and drive demand at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing social media accounts for B2B or technology brands
- • Strong content creation and copywriting skills tailored to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube
- • Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into strategy
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Campaigns
- • Passion for cybersecurity or technology and ability to translate complex topics into engaging content
