📋 Description

• As Senior Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager at Vanta, you will set the strategic direction for integrated campaign programs targeting a core segment, connecting the right story, audience, and growth bets to build pipeline for Vanta’s Agentic Trust Platform.
• You will own demand generation end-to-end—from annual campaign strategy and budgeting to post-event debriefs—architecting and executing campaigns across brand, launch, event, and demand channels while defining success metrics like MQL, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
• You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to align on lead routing, feedback loops, and sales plays, while mentoring junior marketers and scaling campaign infrastructure using AI tools and playbooks.
• In this role, you’ll lead ABM strategy for priority verticals, run the campaign calendar and budget with board-level discipline, and implement AI solutions responsibly to amplify impact for yourself, stakeholders, and buyers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing with a proven track record of owning integrated campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and brief to results and budget accountability.
• Analytical fluency: ability to set measurement standards, interpret signals vs. noise, and optimize performance using data—not just read dashboards.
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot) and Salesforce, including the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive system adoption.
• Executive-level communication skills: capable of writing sharp briefs, presenting performance insights to VPs, and influencing strategy without creating friction.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, SDR, creative, and Product Marketing teams, with a history of building strong, lasting partnerships.
• Builder’s mindset: consistently leaves teams, processes, and programs better than found, with a commitment to mentoring and raising team craft.
