📋 Description

• Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Raspberry AI, responsible for building and scaling the demand generation engine from the ground up to drive qualified pipeline and support company growth in the fashion AI space.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include building and scaling multi-channel demand gen campaigns (paid, email, webinars, content syndication), owning the full funnel from lead capture to pipeline, planning and executing field marketing events, managing budget and vendors, and contributing to broader marketing efforts like content, lifecycle, and product launches.
• Raspberry AI is a generative AI design platform for fashion brands and retailers, backed by $24M in Series A funding from a16z and supported by industry leaders, focused on accelerating product development through AI-powered tools.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B SaaS growth marketing, gain hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing technologies, sharpen analytical and ownership skills, and have the opportunity to shape marketing strategy as the company scales rapidly.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth or demand generation marketing, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company
• Proven track record building demand gen programs that drove measurable pipeline
• Hands-on experience with demand gen channels (paid search/social, email, email, email, webinars, ABM) and tooling (marketing automation, CRM, attribution)
• Experience planning and executing field marketing and events with ability to tie them to pipeline
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable owning a number and reporting on it honestly
• Bias toward action and ownership; comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building from zero
• Based in or willing to relocate to NYC
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to build trust with sales teams and operate as a true business partner
• Experience working with HubSpot
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
