Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end design and deployment of product-led growth (PLG) experiments targeted at partner-sourced leads, including banners, in-product referral triggers, and conversion funnels.
- • Build and iterate partner-facing product experiences such as incentive programs, landing pages, demo workflows, badging systems, marketing development funds (MDF), partner resource hubs, and gamification mechanics to drive referral behavior.
- • Design and ship partner sell-through experiences that improve partners’ ability to sell Ramp from initial discovery through referral, directly increasing referral volume and partner effectiveness.
- • Develop and distribute partner assets including marketing materials, product information, and co-branded content to enable partners to represent Ramp effectively.
- • Design and execute partner platform growth experiments to increase referral volume and deepen engagement, including building the technical scaffolding that allows the partner team to move faster.
- • Serve as the product owner for the partner growth surface area, collaborating closely with sales, data, finance, and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship features.
- • Build internal-facing growth acceleration tooling for incentive management, gifting workflows, and event automation to scale marketing campaigns efficiently.
- • Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents from scratch to run partner workflows end-to-end, including decomposing workflows into skills, tools, evaluations, guardrails, memory, and feedback loops.
- • Ensure AI agents operate reliably in production, handle edge cases, and improve over time through iterative learning and feedback.
- • Leverage modern AI coding harnesses (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to prototype, ship, and iterate on AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows — not just manage roadmaps about them.
- • Work directly in the codebase alongside engineering teams, writing code, reviewing PRs, and shipping product experiences without waiting for formal specs.
- • Demonstrate operational empathy by partnering with sales, finance, and risk teams to understand their challenges and deliver rapid, AI-powered solutions.
- • Maintain high ownership: communicate clearly, act autonomously, and initiate projects without being told what to build next in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- • 3+ years of experience in growth, product growth, or growth engineering at a SaaS or fintech company
- • Proven experience building and shipping AI agents in production that run autonomously, handle edge cases, and improve over time
- • Demonstrated ability to spec, build, and ship product experiences — comfortable writing code, reviewing PRs, and working alongside engineering teams
- • Hands-on experience with modern AI coding harnesses (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) and a track record of prototyping, shipping, and iterating on AI tools and workflows
- • Strong builder mentality with a track record of owning end-to-end product development and driving measurable growth outcomes
