- • As a Senior GTM Automation Engineer at Optro Inc., you will drive efficiency and intelligent workflow transformation across the Post-Sales organization, including Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Education, by identifying automation opportunities and designing AI-enabled workflows that eliminate manual work and improve retention, productivity, and customer experience.
- • Day to day, you will identify and prioritize automation opportunities, build and scale automations using tools like Workato and REST APIs, design AI-powered workflows with LLM-based tools, develop standardized playbooks, evaluate third-party AI tools, configure workflows in systems such as Salesforce and Gainsight, create documentation and enablement materials, build a library of AI use cases and reusable prompts, track automation ROI through time saved and cost avoided, and ensure responsible AI use by collaborating with Security, Legal, and IT on data governance and risk management.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- • 5+ years of experience in business operations, automation, AI implementation, or systems optimization within a SaaS environment
- • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Workato, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- • Strong working knowledge of AI tools and LLM applications (ChatGPT, Gemini, enterprise AI platforms) and generative AI
- • Comfort with scripting and APIs (Python or similar), SQL basics, and working with JSON/webhooks
- • Experience supporting Customer Success, Renewals, Support, or Professional Services teams within a SaaS business environment
- • Experience quantifying ROI for automation and AI initiatives
