  • • As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Talentful Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in helping high-growth technology companies build world-class go-to-market (GTM) teams by attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier sales, marketing, and customer success talent—directly contributing to clients’ revenue growth and market competitiveness.
  • • You will partner closely with fast-scaling technology clients, embedding within their teams to understand their unique culture, hiring needs, and business objectives, ensuring recruitment strategies are aligned with long-term talent and organizational success.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and attracting passive and active candidates for GTM roles using advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, niche job boards, professional networks, and creative outreach strategies.
  • • You will manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM positions, from intake and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • • You will collaborate with senior stakeholders—including hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives—to provide market insights, advise on role design, and advocate for inclusive, data-driven hiring practices.
  • • You will develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical GTM roles, leveraging market intelligence and proactive engagement to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.
  • • You will contribute to employer branding efforts by representing Talentful and client brands authentically in candidate interactions and industry networks.
  • • You will continuously refine recruitment processes by sharing best practices, participating in knowledge-sharing sessions, and adapting strategies based on client feedback and market trends.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in GTM recruitment, gaining mastery in sourcing, stakeholder influence, and strategic talent advisory—positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in high-stakes hiring environments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-8 years of experience in GTM (Go-to-Market) and G&A (General & Administrative) recruitment within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • • Minimum of 1 year of in-house recruitment experience, demonstrating ability to operate embedded within client teams.
  • • Proven stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders such as VPs, Directors, and C-suite executives.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates, presenting to internal teams, and advising clients.
  • • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in managing multiple requisitions, pipelines, and client deliverables.
