- • As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Rillet Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s go-to-market teams by partnering with leadership to build world-class sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams that directly support Rillet’s mission to help accounting and finance teams run their numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight through its AI-native ERP platform.
- • You will drive end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM functions across all levels, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences while maintaining high-quality hiring standards and efficient time-to-fill metrics in a fast-paced, high-growth environment backed by $100M from top-tier investors including Sequoia, a16z, and Iconiq.
- • You will partner closely with GTM leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies and hiring plans aligned with business goals, using data-driven insights to influence stakeholder decisions on target profiles, compensation benchmarking, and process improvements.
- • You will source, engage, and recruit top-tier GTM talent through creative sourcing methods, executive search techniques, industry networking, and proactive talent pipelining for both current openings and future needs, leveraging your deep expertise in competitive markets for sales, marketing, and revenue operations roles.
- • You will manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake to offer negotiation, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates on market trends, role positioning, and competitive landscape insights to facilitate successful placements that strengthen Rillet’s ability to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies.
- • You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, demonstrating extreme speed, agency, and flexibility—core traits of successful Rilleteers who internalize missions, design strategies, and deliver results that exceed expectations in service of customer-centric innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years focused specifically on GTM roles including sales, marketing, and revenue operations positions
- • Proven track record of successfully recruiting across all GTM levels from SDRs and marketing coordinators to Sales and Marketing Leadership
- • Strong knowledge of GTM market dynamics, compensation structures, and competitive landscape with ability to provide strategic insights to leadership and candidates
