Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As Abridge AI continues its rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior GTM Recruiter to join our dynamic team in our New York City office. This pivotal role is instrumental in scaling the critical business functions that drive our company's growth and impact within the healthcare industry. You will be at the forefront of building and expanding our Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) teams, playing a direct role in shaping the future of Abridge.
- • In this high-visibility, high-impact position, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders across various departments, including Finance, Legal, People Operations, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for these essential functions, managing searches of diverse complexity and seniority. This involves not just filling roles, but strategically partnering with hiring managers and executives to meticulously define role competencies, design robust interview plans, and ensure a rigorous, high-quality evaluation process for all candidates.
- • You will be a key architect in building Abridge's commercial engine, identifying and attracting the leaders and operational experts who will propel our GTM motion forward and guide the company through its next significant growth phase. This requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, moving beyond traditional methods to uncover and engage exceptional passive talent through creative outbound strategies. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently maintain a high hiring bar while managing multiple complex searches simultaneously.
- • A core aspect of this role is owning the end-to-end candidate experience. You will be dedicated to creating a process that is not only efficient and thoughtful but also deeply inclusive and human. Recognizing that the job search can be a vulnerable experience, you will ensure every candidate feels respected, informed, and valued throughout their interaction with Abridge. This commitment to an exceptional candidate journey is paramount in attracting and securing top-tier talent.
- • Data will be your ally in this role. You will leverage data analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify potential bottlenecks in the recruitment process, and provide stakeholders with actionable insights to guide strategic hiring decisions. This data-driven approach will enable continuous improvement of our recruiting processes, ensuring they are scalable for growth while retaining the necessary nuance for securing high-impact hires.
- • Furthermore, you will be a champion for inclusive hiring practices, actively embedding principles of equity into every stage of the interview and selection process. Your efforts will directly contribute to building diverse, high-performing teams that reflect Abridge's commitment to innovation and understanding in healthcare.
- • Beyond managing individual searches, you will contribute to the broader evolution of Abridge's recruiting function. This includes sharing best practices, mentoring other members of the talent team, and continuously raising the bar for operational excellence and strategic impact within the department. You will thrive in an environment that values both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, where you can operate as an operator, a strategist, and a trusted advisor.
- • This role is ideal for a recruiter who believes that hiring is a fundamental driver of company success and operates with that conviction. You should be a full-stack recruiter, adept at managing the entire candidate lifecycle from initial engagement through offer negotiation and closing, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability. A passion for sourcing and building long-term relationships with exceptional passive candidates is essential. You should be comfortable thinking in systems, understanding funnel metrics, and using data to inform decisions and manage expectations. Your consultative approach will enable you to influence senior leaders and guide hiring decisions effectively. Operating at startup speed, you will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities with urgency. Your dedication to elevating the candidate experience and championing inclusive hiring will be key to your success in this role.
- • This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days per week in our vibrant New York City office, with flexibility for remote work on other days. Join Abridge and be a part of a mission-driven company that is revolutionizing healthcare through AI, empowering clinicians and patients, and making a tangible difference in the world.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant focus on G&A and GTM functions within high-growth environments.
- • Proven ability to source and engage passive talent using creative, multi-channel outbound strategies beyond standard job boards and LinkedIn.
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and inform hiring strategies and stakeholder decisions.
- • Excellent consultative skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, push back thoughtfully, and guide hiring decisions using structured evaluation frameworks.
- • Demonstrated experience in owning the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive process.
- • A deep commitment to and proven track record of championing inclusive hiring practices and embedding equity into every stage of the recruitment process.
