📋 Description

• As a Senior GTM Talent Partner at Elliptic Enterprises Limited, you will be pivotal in shaping the company’s sales and marketing teams, directly contributing to market opportunity delivery by combining market knowledge and AI fluency to embed scalable processes and create compelling candidate experiences.
• Day to day, you will act as the key business partner to sales and marketing leaders and non-tech department heads, shaping their experience, reporting, and headcount planning; personally managing senior IC and leadership hires; partnering with Talent Partners across London, New York, and Singapore; using AI tools like Claude to transform recruiting workflows; and leveraging data from pipeline metrics and market intelligence to drive fast, data-informed hiring decisions.
• Elliptic is a leader in digital asset decisioning, headquartered in London with global offices, providing a comprehensive platform for extracting crypto data and intelligence across blockchains with unmatched accuracy, serving organizations in compliance, risk management, intelligence, and blockchain infrastructure.
• In this role, you will achieve establishing yourself as a trusted business partner within 6 months, embedding AI to improve team efficiency, mentoring Talent Business Partners, delivering critical hires aligned with revenue goals, and identifying scalable sourcing methods for top-tier sales and marketing talent across EMEA, APAC, and North America.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record of delivering senior revenue and go-to-market hires in fast-paced fintech, Web3, or crypto organisations
• Experience partnering with C-suite or VP-level revenue leaders as a strategic talent advisor
• Proficiency in Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent intelligence tools
• Strong data literacy: using metrics to tell stories, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions
• Experience building workflows and automations using AI tools such as Claude
• Formal or informal experience developing other recruiters and motivating team growth
