- • The Senior Guest Engagement Strategist is a strategic consultant for PAR Technology Corporation’s restaurant clients and a key advisor supporting internal cross-functional teams, driving measurable results in loyalty program design, restructuring, and optimization, as well as broader guest engagement and digital marketing strategies.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and optimizing loyalty programs, defining KPIs and engagement goals, crafting CRM and SMS engagement strategies, analyzing performance using Excel and Tableau, creating executive presentations, collaborating with Sales, Product, Implementation, Managed Services, Customer Success, and third-party developers, and training internal teams on loyalty frameworks and thought leadership.
