• • The Senior Healthcare Reclamation Analyst reviews and analyzes large volumes of client data and payer correspondence to investigate coverage, determine eligibility and primacy, and recover funds for clients who have paid in error, playing a critical role in healthcare payment integrity and financial recovery.
• • Day to day, the role involves leveraging expertise in COB/TPL/Recovery to resolve complex data discrepancies, communicate with insurance carriers, interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), mentor junior analysts, support team training, contribute to process improvements, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards while maintaining high productivity and quality metrics.
