You will be deeply embedded with senior leadership teams across the business, playing a pivotal role in shaping our organizational design, fostering leadership effectiveness, managing risks, and scaling our talent systems across diverse and expanding regions. Your expertise will be crucial in translating overarching company and business strategies into actionable, scalable people plans that encompass hiring, organizational structure, capability development, and robust succession planning.
  • • You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing expert counsel on critical areas such as organizational design, enhancing leadership effectiveness, driving performance management, and formulating comprehensive workforce strategies. This involves proactively identifying opportunities to optimize our organizational structure and processes to support rapid growth and evolving business needs. Your insights will guide leadership in making informed decisions that align people initiatives with commercial objectives, ensuring that our talent strategies are not just supportive but are a key driver of business success.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves leading and managing complex people-related situations. This includes navigating sensitive senior employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism, overseeing organizational restructurings with a focus on minimizing disruption and maximizing employee well-being, and implementing effective performance interventions to ensure high standards of productivity and engagement. Your ability to handle these challenges with sound judgment and empathy will be paramount.
  • • You will be instrumental in driving rigorous workforce planning and headcount governance processes, working in close partnership with our Finance department and the CEO Office. This collaboration will ensure that our talent acquisition and management efforts are strategically aligned with financial projections and business objectives, providing a clear roadmap for resource allocation and future growth. Leveraging people analytics will be a core component of your work, where you will surface critical insights into employee engagement, attrition trends, productivity levels, and overall organizational health. These insights will form the basis for data-driven action plans designed to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • • Leading talent reviews and succession planning initiatives across multiple regions will be a key responsibility. You will work to identify high-potential employees, develop robust succession pipelines for critical roles, and implement targeted leadership development programs to nurture our future leaders. This proactive approach to talent management ensures business continuity and sustained growth. Furthermore, you will provide dedicated support for critical employee lifecycle moments for senior leaders, offering professional guidance and empathetic support during significant transitions, promotions, or other key career milestones.

  • • Deep experience operating as an HRBP or senior people advisor in high-growth or complex environments, demonstrating a proven track record of strategic impact.
  • • Strong business judgment and the ability to connect people decisions to commercial and operational outcomes, understanding the financial implications of HR strategies.
  • • Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders constructively, building trust and credibility.
  • • Experience handling sensitive employee relations and organizational change initiatives with a focus on fairness and effectiveness.
  • • Comfort operating across geographies, cultures, and evolving business models, adapting strategies to diverse contexts.
  • • Proficiency in using people analytics to derive actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
