  • • Serve as a trusted People Partner to global technology leaders in Product, Engineering, IT, and Security, translating business objectives into actionable people strategies that drive organisational performance and long-term growth.
  • • Build HRBP processes and frameworks from scratch in a greenfield environment, establishing scalable systems where none currently exist, with full ownership over design and implementation.
  • • Lead headcount planning and workforce forecasting to anticipate future talent needs, collaborating with technology leaders to design scalable staffing models and robust succession plans.
  • • Partner closely with the Talent team to refine recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding for tech roles, and ensure seamless, high-impact onboarding experiences for global engineering and product hires.
  • • Design and implement performance management frameworks that foster accountability, including goal-setting systems, continuous feedback mechanisms, and individual development plans tailored to high-performing tech teams.
  • • Develop and deliver targeted learning and development programmes, ranging from technical up-skilling in emerging technologies to leadership workshops for managers across international markets.
  • • Proactively resolve complex workplace issues with empathy and fairness, leading engagement and retention initiatives while maintaining open feedback channels to surface actionable insights.
  • • Create and maintain scalable HR policies aligned with global best practices and local labour regulations across multiple jurisdictions, continuously monitoring regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • • Enhance HR operational efficiency by improving payroll coordination, HRIS administration, and reporting through automation, process standardisation, and adoption of best practices.
  • • Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and employee survey data to track key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance trends, translating insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to embed HR as a strategic partner in business decision-making, ensuring people initiatives directly support technology growth and innovation.
  • • Champion an AI-driven approach to HR, exploring and implementing AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance employee experience without compromising human judgment.
  • • Act as the primary HR liaison for global technology teams, ensuring cultural alignment, consistent people practices, and effective communication across time zones and geographies.
  • • Maintain deep knowledge of local employment laws and practices in all markets where the company operates, ensuring all HR activities are legally compliant and culturally appropriate.
  • • Drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes by evaluating tools, technologies, and methodologies to increase scalability, accuracy, and speed of HR delivery.
  • • Represent HR in strategic business reviews, providing data-backed insights on talent risks, organisational health, and workforce planning to inform executive-level decisions.
  • • Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging by embedding equitable practices into all HR processes, from hiring to performance management to career development.
  • • Manage end-to-end HR operations for technology teams, ensuring alignment between global HR strategy and local execution across international offices.
