📋 Description

• Partner closely with Go-to-Market leaders to drive team effectiveness, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
• Own and support key employee lifecycle processes including leaves, offboarding, employee relations, and other People Operations initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to high-impact People programs such as manager development, career growth frameworks, engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.
• Leverage data, AI, and automation to streamline HR workflows, enhance employee experience, and enable the People team to focus on strategic, high-value work.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Go-to-Market leadership on people strategy, talent optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
• Design and implement scalable HR processes that align with company growth and evolving business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organization.
• Drive initiatives that improve retention, employee satisfaction, and leadership capability within Go-to-Market teams.
• Utilize HR metrics and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of People programs.
• Maintain compliance with Canadian employment law and ensure all HR practices adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with employees and managers to foster a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability.
• Proactively identify organizational challenges and propose data-informed solutions to improve operational efficiency and employee outcomes.
• Support the scaling of People operations as BioRender grows, ensuring systems and programs remain effective and sustainable.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives that reinforce BioRender’s mission of accelerating scientific communication and making science more accessible.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment
• Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market functions and a genuine interest in partnering with these organizations
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR practices
• Experience using AI, automation, and data to improve people programs and processes
• A hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic partnership and operational execution
• Strong coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
