📋 Description
- • As a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Pivotal Health Inc., you will play a strategic, high-impact role in shaping how the company scales during a critical growth phase, partnering closely with leadership to influence organizational strategy, talent, performance, engagement, and culture.
- • Day to day, you will partner with leadership and people managers to provide strategic HR guidance across organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, employee engagement, and team effectiveness; build and scale people programs and infrastructure; lead performance management initiatives; support workforce planning, leveling, compensation philosophy, and change management; improve employee experience and manager effectiveness; navigate growth, restructuring, and change; and drive culture and engagement initiatives.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Pivotal Health, the leading technology platform helping healthcare providers get paid fairly in a complex reimbursement landscape by combining software, data, and service into an AI-driven platform that simplifies reimbursement workflows and reduces administrative burden.
- • In this role, you will build scalable people programs from the ground up, guide leaders through organizational change, influence key business decisions, and help create the infrastructure needed for the company’s next stage of evolution, gaining deep impact in a fast-paced, high-growth healthtech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3+ years in a true HR Business Partner capacity supporting leaders and organizations at scale
- • Experience operating within high-growth, scaling environments such as Series A/B+ startups or similarly fast-paced companies
- • Proven ability to build and implement people programs, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up
- • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner credibly with senior leaders, including VPs and Directors
- • Demonstrated ability to drive decision-making using people data and organizational insights, including metrics related to attrition, engagement, headcount, and performance
- • Broad HRBP expertise across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, organizational design, performance management, compensation philosophy, employee relations, and workforce planning
