  • • As a Senior I4.0 Product Owner at Micron Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence (SMAI) Innovation, you will be at the forefront of transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all. Micron Technology is a global leader in memory and storage solutions, and our SMAI team is dedicated to accelerating this transformation through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). You will immerse yourself in multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed projects, developing innovative Smart Manufacturing solutions that leverage the power of AI and ML.
  • • This role is pivotal in defining, driving, and delivering end-to-end smart manufacturing solutions that are seamlessly integrated across various business functions. You will be instrumental in applying industry-leading methodologies in automation, AI, and ML to significantly enhance Micron's product development, business operations, and administrative processes company-wide.
  • • You will be the key owner for critical projects, including the SEMI E79 OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) initiative, the Fab ROC (Remote Control Center) project, and the development of a GenAI chatbot. Your leadership will ensure these projects meet strategic objectives and deliver tangible value.
  • • A core responsibility will be to facilitate seamless interaction between our Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Architecture teams within SMTS and identified customer groups. This involves meticulously collecting, organizing, documenting, and communicating all project-related information – including scope, requirements, necessary skills, and other critical details – throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
  • • You will expertly facilitate group conversations, breaking down large, complex requirements into manageable individual tasks and well-defined user stories. This ensures the successful and efficient execution of selected projects aligned with the SMAI roadmap.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve organizing and maintaining project information and documentation across various technologies. This includes proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Office products, and any other relevant platforms, ensuring all project stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • • You will be responsible for identifying, reporting, and actively modifying business processes to streamline project execution timelines. Your proactive approach will help remove bottlenecks and accelerate delivery.
  • • You are expected to possess a strong understanding of project objectives and outcomes, effectively communicating these to business stakeholders at all levels. This includes presenting project progress, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • • The role may involve conducting presentations, delivering end-user training sessions, and providing guidance and mentorship to both internal team members and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
  • • Depending on project needs and your expertise, you may also be involved in minor to moderate development activities, contributing directly to the technical implementation of solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Good communication skill in English.
  • • At least 3 years of semiconductor-related working experience.
  • • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Notion.
  • • Project experiences and reporting experiences to senior leadership groups (Senior Directors VP above).
