- • Senior Implementation Engineer (EMEA) at Docker Inc. plays a pivotal role in guiding customers through their initial journey with Docker products, ensuring smooth onboarding, provisioning, and seamless transitions between teams to drive long-term customer success.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support to refine onboarding processes, delivering personalized customer experiences, improving workflows through automation, maintaining a knowledge base, and ensuring timely provisioning and high satisfaction during customer onboarding and migration.
- • Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first team trusted by over 20 million monthly users and processing over 20 billion container image pulls, building tools that define how software is built and delivered, with a focus on enabling trustworthy autonomous workflows in the AI era.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in SaaS and cloud technologies, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, gain autonomy in process improvement, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to scalable onboarding strategies that impact revenue and team performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years of professional, full-time, post-grad experience working with external customers in customer onboarding or implementation engineering roles
- • Direct customer-facing experience in client/customer onboarding
- • Demonstrated deep understanding and experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management skills
- • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- • Proven track record of adapting, learning, and staying current with cutting-edge technologies
