• • As a Senior Implementation Manager at Procurify, you will be the pivotal point of contact for our strategic and enterprise-level clients, guiding them through the successful adoption and integration of our AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform. Your primary mission is to ensure these clients achieve their business objectives by delivering projects on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality, fostering a deep sense of success and satisfaction.
• • You will act as a Procurify product virtuoso, possessing an in-depth understanding of our platform's capabilities and best practices. This expertise will be leveraged in a consultative capacity, conducting thorough discovery sessions to meticulously scope client workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
• • Building and nurturing robust client relationships is at the core of this role. You will be the primary liaison throughout the implementation lifecycle, engaging with customers on a weekly basis to maintain project momentum, address concerns, and ensure alignment with their strategic goals.
• • A key responsibility involves translating client business requirements and overarching goals into actionable technical configurations and optimized workflows within the Procurify platform. This requires a keen analytical mind and the ability to design solutions that directly address client needs.
• • You will meticulously project manage the entire implementation process. This encompasses coordinating diverse tasks and meetings, diligently tracking time and progress against established timelines, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve supporting client champions in developing effective change management strategies. You will skillfully leverage Procurify’s extensive educational resources and facilitate engaging training sessions designed to empower end-users across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, ensuring widespread adoption and proficiency.
• • You will lead and validate user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, meticulously ensuring that all configured workflows and integrations function seamlessly and meet the defined business requirements, thereby guaranteeing a smooth transition to live operations.
• • Acting as a crucial bridge between the customer and our internal teams, you will proactively gather and relay customer feedback to the product and engineering departments. This vital input will inform future product development and enhancements, ensuring Procurify remains at the forefront of procurement technology.
• • You will be expected to maintain an up-to-date understanding of Procurify’s evolving feature releases and enhancements, integrating this knowledge into your client consultations and implementation strategies.
• • A degree of comfort and proficiency in manipulating and analyzing data using tools like Excel and Google Sheets is essential for understanding client data structures and import processes.
• • You will collaborate closely and effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Support, ensuring a seamless handoff process post-implementation and escalating critical feedback or issues as required to maintain a unified customer experience.
• • Your success will be measured against key performance indicators (KPIs), including the ability to implement standard customers within a 60-day timeframe and consistently achieve high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores of 90% or higher, reflecting the quality and impact of your implementation services.
• • This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented approach with impeccable time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
