Senior Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Implementation Manager at Procurify, you will lead strategic and enterprise customers through their implementation journey, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope while driving customer success and satisfaction.
• • You will serve as the main point of contact for onboarding clients, taking a consultative approach to discovery and scoping workflows, building strong relationships through weekly meetings, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to customer success.
• • Procurify is a remote-first, AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform trusted by hundreds of organizations to manage over $30B in spend, recently backed by $50M in Series C funding to innovate spend management with a focus on customer-centric growth and employee empowerment.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in Procurify’s platform, lead user acceptance testing, design technical configurations, support change management and training initiatives, and contribute feedback to product teams—gaining deep experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise client management, and process optimization.
