- • As a Senior Incentive Customer Service Representative at CLEAResult, you will support the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future by delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon-based non-profit client. Your role is vital in ensuring accurate processing of rebate claims and providing clear guidance to customers and contractors, directly contributing to energy efficiency program success and community impact.
- • Day to day, you will enter and maintain data in various databases, review contractor submissions for compliance with program requirements, maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and service procedures, communicate with customers and contractors via phone and email to resolve disputed rebate claims, and provide expert guidance on policy interpretation to ensure program participation and compliance.
- • You will join CLEAResult’s Program Team in Portland, Oregon, working remotely within the state.
