📋 Description

• • Design, build, and maintain a modern cloud-native Internal Platform based on Temporal and related tools, focusing on scalability, cost optimization, availability, security, compliance, and developer experience.
• • Enhance and sustain existing Workato Internal Platform solutions with emphasis on system health, performance, stability, and developer productivity.
• • Onboard internal components and applications onto the Internal Platform, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to platform standards.
• • Implement automated pipelines that enforce security, reliability, and availability best practices across the entire software development lifecycle.
• • Design and execute complex deployment strategies including canary releases, progressive rollouts, and chaos engineering to improve system resilience.
• • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs, enable efficient development workflows, and improve service reliability through rigorous testing and release processes.
• • Collect, analyze, and act on metrics from CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure to drive performance tuning, stability improvements, and capacity planning.
• • Participate in system design consultations, platform architecture reviews, and technical decision-making to align infrastructure with business goals.
• • Document development processes, platform usage guidelines, and operational best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across teams.
• • Research, evaluate, and propose new technologies and automation opportunities for code integration, quality testing, security scanning, and deployment workflows.
• • Manage complex infrastructure components including Kubernetes clusters, VPC networking, and security policies using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• • Optimize containerized workloads by creating and refining Dockerfiles, using docker-compose, and understanding kernel features, container networking, and image registry mechanics.
• • Develop and maintain CLI tools and internal platform tooling to streamline developer workflows and reduce onboarding time.
• • Apply GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize to manage Kubernetes-based application deployments.
• • Leverage cloud-native architectures on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with deep familiarity in CI/CD practices and cloud resource management.
• • Ensure robust networking fundamentals and web services architecture are upheld across all platform components and integrations.
• • Integrate and utilize software packaging, functional testing, security validation, and code coverage tools to maintain high-quality standards.
• • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation gaps and proposing scalable solutions to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
