- • As a Senior Instructional Designer at Workato, you will create engaging, technically accurate learning experiences that help customers, partners, and internal teams master Workato’s Orchestrate and Agentic capabilities, directly supporting product adoption and effective use.
- • You will design and maintain learning paths, courses, and microlearning modules; develop high-quality instructional materials (videos, e-learning, documentation, job aids); collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align training with product roadmaps and customer lifecycle; design scenario-based labs and assessments; gather feedback to improve content; and stay current with AI and automation trends to ensure training innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing technical learning content for SaaS, automation, or AI products
- • Ability to quickly learn and design learning content around complex technical concepts (AI agents, knowledge bases, APIs, data orchestration)
- • Skilled in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe CC, etc.) and multimedia production
- • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • At least 6+ years of instructional design experience, including curriculum development, e-learning, and multimedia content creation
