🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in Personal Lines Product Management (auto and homeowners) with a proven track record of driving strategy and execution across multiple states or lines of business.
  • • Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, underwriting frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity for cross-functional partners.
  • • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable systems, processes, or tools that improve how product teams operate.
  • • Strong analytical and storytelling ability; skilled at transforming data into insights that influence business direction.
  • • Recognized as a thought leader or subject matter expert in personal lines insurance, comfortable advising leadership and guiding peers.
  • • Expert written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
