- • As a Senior Insurance Product Management Lead at Branch Financial, Inc., you will serve as a strategic expert shaping insurance offerings across multiple states and lines of business, ensuring products are grounded in risk awareness and centered on member needs.
- • You will drive the strategic execution of product and pricing initiatives, translate concepts into filing-ready documentation, and collaborate with actuarial, compliance, engineering, and underwriting teams to develop scalable systems that improve product performance and speed-to-market.
- • You will act as a subject matter expert in personal lines insurance, synthesizing complex data and regulatory insights into actionable recommendations, mentoring peers, and influencing cross-functional decision-making to elevate organizational performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Personal Lines Product Management (auto and homeowners) with a proven track record of driving strategy and execution across multiple states or lines of business.
- • Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, underwriting frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity for cross-functional partners.
- • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable systems, processes, or tools that improve how product teams operate.
- • Strong analytical and storytelling ability; skilled at transforming data into insights that influence business direction.
- • Recognized as a thought leader or subject matter expert in personal lines insurance, comfortable advising leadership and guiding peers.
- • Expert written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
