📋 Description

• • Lead end-to-end integrated storytelling campaigns that span paid, owned, earned, and shared media for marquee financial-services brands—from global asset managers and investment banks to disruptive fintechs and insurtechs. You will architect the narrative, select the optimal channel mix, and orchestrate flawless execution across PR, social, content, design, and paid media to deliver measurable business impact.
• • Own the analytics layer of every program: pull data from social-listening dashboards, web, email, and paid platforms, translate numbers into insights, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that sharpen targeting, creative, and budget allocation in real time. Present findings in crisp, story-driven reports that clients actually look forward to receiving.
• • Serve as the day-to-day strategic quarterback for 2–3 key accounts. Translate each client’s commercial objectives into quarterly marketing roadmaps, define KPIs, and build the internal work-back schedules that keep cross-functional teams (content, digital, creative, PR) marching in lockstep toward those goals.
• • Spot white-space opportunities to expand Vested’s scope—whether that’s an always-on social program, an executive-thought-leadership series, or an award-winning experiential activation—and package those ideas into persuasive upsell decks that grow account revenue and deepen client loyalty.
• • Mentor junior talent by delegating deliverables with crystal-clear briefs, conducting constructive feedback loops, and modeling best-practice client communication. Your coaching will directly shape the next generation of Vesties and reinforce our culture of curiosity and craftsmanship.
• • Contribute to new-business wins by jumping into pitch teams on short notice: craft audience-insight summaries, build channel architecture slides, and deliver sections of live presentations that showcase Vested’s integrated superpowers and financial-services depth.
• • Keep a pulse on industry shifts—whether it’s tokenization, private-credit boom, or AI-driven wealth tech—and translate those macro trends into timely POVs that position both Vested and our clients as forward-looking leaders. Package these insights into blog posts, webinars, and conference submissions that raise the agency’s profile.
• • Champion cross-agency knowledge sharing. Harvest lessons from your campaigns to create case studies, award entries, and VestED training modules that level-up the entire firm and reinforce our reputation as the most intellectually vibrant shop in financial marketing.
