📋 Description

• Senior Integrated Project Manager at Brandtech Plus leads creative and production processes from brief to delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and profitably while aligning with BTG+ ways of working across global teams and time zones.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple mid-to-high complexity projects simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact for new briefs, transforming unclear briefs into actionable plans, scoping, costing, and planning projects, identifying stakeholders, creating communication plans, setting realistic deadlines, developing detailed project plans with key milestones, staffing projects correctly with Delivery Leads and Resource/Studio Managers, creating and maintaining risk registers, collaborating with creative teams to define scope, cost, and timelines, preparing and running structured kick-off meetings, coordinating development and delivery among stakeholders, prioritizing and managing team workloads, monitoring project progress against scope, budget, and resources, preparing status reports with weekly action points, following change control processes for scope, budget, timelines, or resources, maintaining up-to-date project documentation for compliance, proactively problem-solving and mitigating risks, ensuring financial profitability by managing cost overruns and time logging, guaranteeing final deliverables meet quality and design expectations, monitoring team utilization and output, driving continuous improvement through process consultation, embodying company values, and instilling those behaviors across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience successfully managing projects from initiation to delivery
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams (training provided for OMG)
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance processes and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and deliverable excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, open to feedback, and values effective communication
• Process-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving
