- • As a Senior Integrations & Onboarding Specialist at Vision Service Plan (VSP), you will play a pivotal role in seamlessly integrating newly acquired practices into our enterprise operations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition, fostering leadership development, driving change management, and optimizing processes to align with VSP's strategic business objectives.
- • You will serve as the primary liaison with newly acquired Ventures practices, meticulously supporting the development of assets essential for practice integrations and onboarding. This involves a deep understanding of how these integrations impact internal operations and the overall practice experience, ensuring that all transitions are managed with precision and foresight.
- • A key responsibility will be the comprehensive documentation of transition plans. You will synthesize cross-functional due diligence findings, meticulously detailing the requirements of external counterparties to create a clear roadmap for integration.
- • You will be instrumental in collecting vital input from key stakeholders across various departments. By reconciling this diverse feedback, you will lead the creation of coherent, actionable plans that address all critical aspects of the integration process.
- • Your role will involve consulting and advising on end-to-end operations within the acquired practices. You will guide these practices towards aligning with VSP's overarching strategic objectives, ensuring that their operational frameworks are optimized for success within the larger enterprise.
- • You will partner closely with internal VSP teams, ensuring that resources and activities are effectively aligned to provide robust support for newly acquired practices and ongoing initiatives. This collaborative approach is vital for a unified and efficient integration.
- • Employing program management best practices and tools, you will diligently track and measure results, proactively identifying potential obstacles and flagging them for timely resolution. Your proactive approach will minimize disruptions and ensure project momentum.
- • You will collaborate to develop and maintain critical operational data, which will serve as the foundation for driving service excellence. This includes tracking progress against key performance metrics and actively driving positive outcomes throughout the integration lifecycle.
- • You will assist various departments in managing the pace and momentum of integrations, advocating for timely decisions on key issues and providing a strong sense of accountability for action items and deadlines. Your leadership will ensure that integration projects stay on track and meet their objectives.
- • You will investigate, track, and resolve practice issues that arise during the implementation phase and continue to address them during ongoing operations, ensuring a high level of support and satisfaction.
- • You will be responsible for delivering essential documentation, streamlined processes, and effective tools designed to ease the implementation process for acquired practices.
- • Completing thorough and accurate documentation of onsite consultations will be a regular part of your duties, ensuring that all interactions and findings are meticulously recorded for future reference and analysis.
- • You will gather and report on identified practice opportunities and valuable practice feedback, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
- • You will execute key milestones and tasks related to training, system setup, equipment integration, conversion, and the critical Go Live phase, ensuring a successful launch for each acquired practice.
- • As a Senior Specialist, you will serve as a lead and mentor to other Ventures operations, implementation, and field management employees, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster team growth and development.
- • You will leverage your expertise in adult learning styles to train and support staff with varying levels of technical ability and experience, utilizing technology, software tools, and hands-on methods to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- • You will deliver clear, professional, and effective presentations, both virtually and in person, to a variety of audiences, including business owners and their staff.
- • You will be expected to travel up to 75% of the time to support practices across different locations.
