- • As Senior Internal Communications Manager at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will be the architect of our internal narrative, bringing clarity and focus to a distributed workforce of over 1 million travelers supported by more than 20,000 companies. This role is critical to maintaining alignment, motivation, and cultural cohesion during rapid growth and constant change.
- • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end production of weekly virtual All Hands and quarterly in-person town halls, treating them as high-impact productions rather than routine meetings; lead change management efforts by crafting clear, motivating communications during priority shifts; define and maintain Slack architecture and norms to foster a high-signal, high-energy community; partner with executives as a strategic advisor to ensure leadership messages are delivered with clarity, candor, and maximum impact; and design culture-building rituals that recognize excellence and reinforce Engine’s values through shared experiences.
