- • As a Senior Internal Controls Analyst reporting to the Internal Controls Lead, you will play a key role in advancing Devoted Health’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program toward a mature, steady state by leading control testing, risk assessments, and collaboration across teams.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with risk assessment, control walkthroughs, testing design and execution, reporting results, training business partners, and collaborating with Internal Audit, Compliance, Security GRC, and external auditors.
- • You will also support the innovative integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into control testing processes and help drive ICFR program maturity in scope, documentation, and methodology.
- • The Internal Controls team at Devoted Health is dedicated to strengthening financial integrity and operational resilience through rigorous controls, and you’ll contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on transforming healthcare for older Americans.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SOX, ICFR, AI-enabled controls, and cross-functional risk management while gaining exposure to healthcare industry regulations and emerging GRC technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- • 3 to 5 years of experience in auditing and/or controls, including SOX, ICFR, operational, or compliance risk evaluation, with prior senior-level experience
- • Professional certification in Accounting, Audit, or Insurance (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE, CMA, or CHIAP)
