• • The Senior Internal Credit Reviewer plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial integrity of AgLoan by conducting independent, risk-based assessments of credit quality, compliance, and risk management practices across the full lending lifecycle.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing credit reviews, evaluating underwriting and collateral documentation, assessing risk ratings, identifying control weaknesses, preparing detailed workpapers and reports, supporting the allowance for loan losses process, and presenting findings to leadership and risk committees.
