- • As a Senior International Payroll Specialist, you will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations across all countries where Goodnotes operates, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s global expansion and financial integrity.
- • Day to day, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a global workforce, collaborate with external payroll vendors and Employer of Record (EOR) partners, manage payroll tickets and adjustments, process employee expense reimbursements, oversee invoicing, and support compensation changes related to promotions and performance reviews.
- • You will join Goodnotes, a high-growth global company on a mission to make paperless productivity effortless and delightful through innovative AI-powered note-taking tools, serving millions of users worldwide while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in global payroll compliance, contribute directly to the strategic Workday integration project, develop advanced HRIS and payroll systems knowledge, and strengthen your ability to operate as a trusted payroll expert in a fast-paced, remote-first tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Manage end-to-end payroll for a global workforce across multiple countries, with deep expertise in Spanish payroll operations.
- • Hands-on experience working with external payroll vendors and Employer of Record (EOR) partners.
- • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- • Experience with payroll-related systems or HRIS, with the ability to troubleshoot and support integrations.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
