📋 Description

• Senior Investment Banking Associate role focused on improving Frontier AI's handling of corporate finance through a structured research project that bridges human expertise and AI model training.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects how experienced investment banking professionals think through complex transactions from origination to execution and close, directly contributing to AI reasoning in capital markets.
• Aptura Inc. is founded by ex-Lazard and Partners Group professionals, headquartered in London and San Francisco, and specializes in bringing real-world finance expertise into AI model development to bridge the gap between human and artificial intelligence.
• The role offers rare, early exposure to how AI labs develop models, allowing the candidate to apply senior deal experience to improve AI reasoning while gaining insight into the intersection of investment banking and artificial intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in investment banking at a bulge bracket or elite boutique
• Senior Associate level experience across M&A, industry coverage, ECM/DCM, or leveraged finance
• Proven track record of leading deal execution, managing junior team members, and interfacing directly with clients
• Strong financial modeling skills including LBO, 3-statement, and DCF models, with deep comfort in complex transaction analysis, fairness opinions, and senior client-facing materials
• Ability to articulate senior investment banking judgment clearly and precisely in writing
