• • As a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will serve as a critical bridge between business and IT departments, analyzing current business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into technical requirements to optimize operations through software solutions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading discovery sessions and interviews to gather requirements, defining and documenting process flows and user stories, recommending and implementing process/system improvements, developing technical specifications, managing end-to-end UAT, creating training strategies, overseeing deliverables and timelines, analyzing data for business insights, contributing to system governance, and mentoring team members.
