You will serve as the primary technical authority within your team, guiding associate technicians, expertly managing escalations, and acting as the key point of contact for our most significant accounts. Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of IT support and strategic planning, from hands-on troubleshooting and infrastructure deployment to high-level client relationship management and strategic technology stack development.
• • You will be instrumental in configuring and supporting a wide array of devices and operating systems, with a strong emphasis on Mac OS and Windows environments, both in-office and remotely. This includes the meticulous management and support of identity platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace, ensuring secure and streamlined access to critical applications. Your expertise will also be crucial in assisting with network projects, including remote design and configuration, and in the standardization and implementation of robust networking best practices across various client technology stacks.

• • As a senior member of the IT staff, you will be the primary technical escalation point, providing expert assistance to fellow technicians and the professional services team. You will also lead and execute IT projects and initiatives, such as network rack and stack deployments and Mobile Device Management (MDM) implementations, ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction.
