- • Leads and manages one or more IT teams, providing leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to individual contributors and supervisors.
- • Oversees the tactical implementation of departmental IT strategies to align with and advance the organization’s overall IT vision and objectives.
- • Accountable for the performance, results, and operational effectiveness of assigned IT teams and their deliverables.
- • Assesses departmental priorities to identify and resolve resource allocation and operational challenges impacting service delivery.
- • Applies deep understanding of business operations and how IT functions integrate across departments to achieve strategic goals.
- • Reviews team performance against service, quality, and timeliness benchmarks to ensure consistent delivery of enterprise IT services.
- • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex technical and operational problems, evaluating their broader impact across the IT organization.
- • Adapts departmental plans and priorities in response to short-term service demands, emerging needs, or changing business conditions.
- • Ensures IT initiatives are executed in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and approved departmental plans.
- • Receives strategic direction from senior leadership and translates it into actionable team-level objectives and execution plans.
- • Manages the full lifecycle of IT operations including network infrastructure, hardware, software, and enterprise services supporting company-wide business functions.
- • Performs all other duties as assigned by management to support the continued success and evolution of the IT organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of related work experience in IT management or a closely related field
- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- • Proven experience managing teams of IT professionals, including supervisors and individual contributors
- • Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business objectives and operational needs
- • Strong problem-solving skills with experience resolving technical and operational challenges across departments
- • Experience overseeing enterprise-level IT services such as network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
