📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and develop a scalable technology roadmap aligned with Pano AI’s business objectives and growth trajectory.
• Manage core enterprise systems including identity and access management, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and employee support services across a hybrid-remote workforce.
• Partner closely with Security and Engineering teams to strengthen cybersecurity posture, enforce compliance, and mitigate risk across corporate infrastructure.
• Oversee IT vendor relationships, procurement processes, asset management, and software licensing to ensure cost efficiency and operational continuity.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance IT service delivery, reduce manual workloads, and increase system reliability.
• Support compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent frameworks through policy implementation, audit preparation, and control monitoring.
• Manage IT budgeting and resource allocation to optimize spending while maintaining high standards of security, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Provide strategic leadership to the corporate IT function, ensuring seamless technology experiences for employees in engineering, people operations, finance, and other departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure, scalable cloud-based environments and SaaS applications used company-wide.
• Ensure timely resolution of end-user technical issues through effective support workflows and escalation protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures to support onboarding, audits, and continuity planning.
• Contribute to the evolution of Pano AI’s technology infrastructure to support global operations across 16 U.S. states, five Australian states, and British Columbia, Canada.
• Act as a key liaison between IT and other departments to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and employee needs.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving within the IT organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT, including leadership of corporate IT operations and teams
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based environments, SaaS applications, endpoint management, identity and access management, and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, vendor relationships, and technology budgets
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
