Senior IT Project Manager

📋 Description

• • The Senior IT Project Manager will own the delivery of mission-critical, multi-year programs with enterprise scope and significant business impact, influencing organizational direction and setting delivery standards across the PMO.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and socializing vision, roadmap, and operating model for complex initiatives; leading risk posture and control design for programs (compliance, security, data privacy); establishing and enforcing governance gates, quarterly planning, and performance dashboards (OKRs/KPIs); driving cross-organizational adoption of new delivery models (DevOps, platform-driven, product-centric); and coaching senior PMs and program leads while developing playbooks and best practices.
